I don't want to know what the fucking day has in store for me.
And I don't care.

My id and ego are friends.
And now the fun never ends.
And we went insaine.
And we took cocaine.
And I'm wondering why this feeling doesn't change.
Why won't he learn to do things we do to be like me and to be like you to do the things we do?

The images play back to a tune of disappointment and regret.
Words of endearment half said but fully felt.
My throat is filled with unsaid words, I can only hear them when I cry.
I need this so I can feel human one last time.

It's not your fault in your eyes, just in theres.
But who cares? You've decided that your life isn't worth too much, anyway.
How ironic it is in the end, well, I'll risk it all for my only friend.

I have several problems with a member of this band, so I'm disinclined to like this album. However, exceptional music speaks for itself, and this album really is exceptional, from the guitar work to the vocals to the production. As painful as it is for me to write these words, this is among the best releases of the year and firmly belongs in the collection of anyone who cares about contemporary indiepop. Michael Feck
